By downloading this preset package, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. This Agreement, in conjunction with the receipt that accompanies each purchase from https://photoinsomnia.com (“Photo Insomnia”) (“PI”), constitutes the complete agreement between you and PI.
1. Authorised Use
You may use the licensed preset package to create images on any Lightroom enabled platform. You may share the final results online and via prints. You may sell the final images created using the licensed preset package.
2. Number of users
The maximum number of simultaneous users is unlimited. All users must belong to the same company or household purchasing the preset package.
3. Third parties
You may not provide the preset package or make it accessible to any other third parties in parts or as a whole.
4. Editing/Modifications
You may import the preset package into Lightroom and modify its properties to enhance your images. You may save your modified versions of these presets and share with any users that belong to the same company or household purchasing the preset package.
You may not publish modified version or derivative works of these presets online and share with third party not licensed to use them. You may not redistribute freely or sell for a fee these presets without PI’s prior written consent.
5. Copyright
All the preset files and samples provided in this package are copyrighted material of PI. Unauthorised copying of the preset package even if modified, derivative or merged version of this preset is strictly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of the PI’s intellectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer and Limited Warranty
PIs warrants the Lightroom Presets to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for its lifetime as long as the Lightroom Presets are used with the specified version of Lightroom it was purchased under.
Warranty is void if the Lightroom Presets are used with other versions of Lightroom older or newer than stated with the purchase.
7. Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the Lightroom Presets, PI will be happy to refund your money and you can still keep the downloaded Presets.
